I am a lifelong fan and can't wait for the season to start. I don't think this is a Superbowl year for us by any stretch, but I don't think we are going to do as bad as everyone says. They have done so much of an improvement to the defense this year. With TO gone, the offense can hopefully gt it back together. We don't have any real receivers right now, but we do have McNabb and Westbrook. Our offensive line is great too.

I see them coming second to may be the Giants in the division. 10-6 or 9-7. I think the Cowboys will be third and Redskins last.

I think the cowboys will have problems on offense even if TO doesn't meltdown, because their they have a terrible offensive line. Bledsoe will end up getting hit hard and often.

I just hate those Cowboys cochroaches that come out of the woodwork. I don't mean those people who actually live in the Dallas area. All these bandwagon riders. Ugghhh!

Wait...wait. There are people arguing that the Eagles can't go far without receivers.

And yet, for three years McNabb took a team with no receivers to the NFC Championship game.

Uh, I'm gonna say they'll be just fine if they stay healthy. But watch out for this new kid, Hank Baskett. He's getting rave reviews and McNabb likes throwing to him. Could be a great combo.

they, just like any team in the NFC east have a chance since that's the most balanced division in football. I think a team with a 10-6 or even a 9-7 record can win the division, because it's going to be a war of attrition! i like the eagles' O-line & D-line as they both have solid depth. but what they are missing is a serious (experienced) deep threat! I like reggie brown, but the others seem like busts, especially jabar gaffney since all WR's from U of Fla suck in the NFL!!!

If the defense plays well and the west coast offense clicks the way it did in the playoffs when T.O. wasn't there, they should be capable of making the playoffs.

But without a receiving corps that can step up, their ability to do more will be severely hampered. When December rolls around, they will be fighting for a wild card spot.

Dude, how much do you think a team can go without decent receivers?

Westbrook is mediocre at best and injury plagued.

NFC East is a tough division. The Eagles won't even make the playoffs. Sorry

I AM A DALLAS COWBOY FAN OF 43 YEARS. AND AS THE SAME, I HATE THE EAGLES WITH A PASSION. I MYSELF CANNOT STAND TERRELL OWENS, BUT AS LONG AS HE IS PLAYING FOR ME AND NOT YOU........OH WELL. I AM SURE WHEN HE WAS WITH YOU YOU LOVED HIM. ONCE AGAIN OH WELL. THE DALLAS COWBOYS WILL FINISH 12-4 FIRST PLACE. EAGLES LAST, REDSKINS AND GIANTS FIGHTING FOR SECOND AT 9-7.......GET USED TO HEARING THE EAGLES LOSE THE EAGLES LOSE......HA,HA.

i agree wiht you taht the eagles will have a better season than many agree...but you cannt hide the fact that they will struggle... and the cowboys will beat them out and the redskins are good too...i think the eagles will win 6-8 games...but they will b close and hard fought games for each... i just dont c a game breaker that will push them over that edge.

They'll go above 500 but won't make the playoffs. McNabb has absolutley no wide recievers. NO pinkston or thrash
