I have been having some indications of this, but I am unsure if that is possible or if it could be side effects from theshot. I have been on it for over 2 years with no problems. Your thoughts?

DepoProvera is very effective, but no prescription birth control is 100% effective for a variety of reasons. I have read about ectopic pregnancies while taking Depo, this seems to be one of the primary concerns. If I were you I'd take a home pregnancy test and talk to your gynecologist about the symptoms you are having.

The shot is even more effective than the pill because you don't have the chance of missing one pill here or there.
I know some people get weight gain, and occasional spotting, but I havn't had any kind of symptoms. I love the shot.
I've been on it about one and a half years.

I am on the shots now, and I was told that it was indeed possible to become pregnant even if you take those shots. That your hormones are so strong that the shots are weak compared to your body and their reaction to it.
In another week or so, I am going to go back and get another shot.
I hope I do not get any "suprising" news; I am getting the shots so that I WON'T become pregnant, not the other way around!

Take a pregnancy test. I was on depo for a while and hadn't heard of anyone getting pregnant while being on it. The only reason I stopped getting it was because I gained a lot of weight from it. Goodluck

I've never taken it, but I do know someone who is currently pregnant and was taking the Depo shots. My neighbor, who is a small person, gained a bunch of weight and got acne really bad. If you're not having any problems, your one of the lucky ones~!

Lol the only way you will get pregnant by utilising swallowing is swallowing an excellent sort of liquor or fertility drugs. the folk who contemplate whether they may well be pregnant by utilising swallowing are a similar people who contemplate whether they might get pregnant by utilising anal!
