Well, I guess you'll find out when you take a home pregnancy test as soon as you miss your period. It's hard to tell for sure whether you are pregnant or not at this point in time - but I know how you feel, we're ttc (trying to conceive) too so anytime I see potential symptoms of pregnancy, I try so hard not to get my hopes up. Sore breasts are a good sign of pregnancy - that was my first clue that I was pregnant the first time. Also, I've been having strange dreams as well, and I heard that pregnant women are more susceptible to strange or vivid dreams (due to hormones, maybe?). And of course the grouchiness is typical of most pregnant women. So I guess you'll just have to wait and see if you get more symptoms, miss your period, and then take a test to find out if you are indeed pregnant.
Goodluck to you!!!

You should get a pregnant test. Nowadays the pregnant tests are more than 99.9% accurate and you can get a test up to four days before your normally scheduled period. Usually the symptoms for pregnancy are:
• 10. Tender, swollen breasts
• 9. Fatigue
• 8. Implantation bleeding
• 7. Nausea or vomiting
• 6. Increased sensitivity to odors
• 5. Abdominal bloating
• 4. Frequent urination
• 3. A missed period
• 2. Your basal body temperature stays high
And of course, number 1, a positive home pregnancy test !
If you are pregnant, congratulations!!

If you are having symptoms then the pregnancy hormone hcg has started being produced and should be high enough to be detected on a home test. Symptoms are caused by hcg so you only get preg. symptoms when hcg is being secreeted. However, pms also has the same symptoms as early pregnancy. I would take a home test to be sure. Best of luck!

Sore breast could be an indication of pregnancy. But, it could also be an indication of PMS. As could the grouchiness. Weird dreams could be attributed to just about anything. The only sure fire way to know is to get a pregnancy test.
Good Luck!

I hate to be vauge, but if you are asking that question then there is a possibility. Try a home pregnancy test, everyone's symptoms are different and the home pregnancy test has advanced so much in the years that there is a slim chance of a wrong answer.
Good Luck, if you are I'm happy for you and your husband

OK first of all try the home pregnancy test pack to check your HGC level,it is best to do it in the morning coz the level of hcg to tell if your pregnant is high when its first tested from the first urine of the day, tell you what last month i was delayed for a week and shock to my amazed to see that after doing my home pregnancy test it turned out to be positive but a week after after seeing my gyne the sonography turned out to be negative and couple days after had my PMS its due to my eggs weren't able to ovulate well so meaning my pregnancy didn't pushed thru. it is always better to consult your gyne for more information and be aware of healthy pregnancy:-)
