can the Radeon 950 video card pci 256ddr be OCed.?

If it can be OCed what is the safe limit and what has to be done to OC it. Give detales i am new at OCing i oced my cpu from 950 to 1000 using xcpu

no if your card is that old you need a whoal new computer
