Is he shifting from one state to a special? we want added information. A PO can end a probationer from one state to a special because to move probations takes a court docket order and is a huge hardship. He would produce different responsibilities that require him to stay the position he's like necessary counseling. He may be on probation that prohibits him from residing close to a college or church, and also you're too on the point of honestly a approach of.

I imagine that you'll need permission from your probation officer to change your address. If your boyfriend also has a criminal record this could prove to be a problem as I bet your order states to not associate with known criminals. But if he has no record it may be easier. The fact that he's not the baby's father, as you haven't been together for about 3 years might be another obsticle. All you can do is give it a try. Good luck resolving your issue and I hope that you give birth to a happy and healthy little baby.

You have to get approval from your probation officer and you legal guardians. But most likely you have to wait until you're 18. Be careful though because living on your own, even though you're with your boyfriend, can be very hard. Try not to rush into it

You need to ask your/an attorney.
At the least you should ask your probation officer... but I find they sometimes don't have the best advice/information.
I work for family law attorneys, so we see a lot of this type of stuff.

you might not be able to until you're 18...you need to check wit ur PO...is ur bf 18 or over? that might help your chances and if you're close to 18 they may let you. but you definatly have to check and be careful bc at 17 ur parents can still say you cant live with him if thats how they feel and you wont be able to do anything til ur 18

What would be the problem, the probation? Just call your probation officer and ask.
