Well, from strictly a selfish point of view, my own book, Artemis: Epsilon would be a great choice :^D
Otherwise, I would probably stand in line for a Strangers In Paradise or Cerebus movie. For superheroes, maybe an updated Captain Marvel or The Black Cat

Cloak and Dagger. Maybe even a Storm spin-off movie where it shows Ororo's childhood, adolecence adventures in Africa . We need a different actress other than Halle Berry to play her though. You know, someone with a strong African accent and all that. That would be pretty cool. And in the movie they should introduce Black Panther, Ororo's new husband!
