You have a unique item that is going to be hard to value based on comparible prices. Best bet is to take the item, or several pictures, to some of the local antiques shops and have them give you an opinion on the value.

I have found one of the best places to find values for items is eBay.

First look to see if there are any like it on ebay. If there are not you can try to post it. If it does not go for enough you can remove it the last day, but so many collectors use ebay most highly collectable items go for what they are worth.
