the media can address issues all it wants.
what i would like to see happen is CONGRESS and the house of REPS address a few issues,
minimum wage
illegal immigration
border security
getting out of afghanistan
getting out of iraq
getting out of the middle east
getting out of the UN
alternative fuels
NAFTA
education
health care
income tax reform
holding elected officials to a MUCH higher standard of ethics.
end campaign finance completely.
and quite a few other things too.

How the federal government, especially SCOTUS, ignores the 10th Amendment. It is supposed to limit the power of the Feds to those powers enumerated in the Constitution.
Amendment X - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

None. The media should stick to what they are good at, like taking pictures of celebrities partying too much. There are no unbiased news sources in the US anymore and I hate having to read the story from the left, then from the right, for me to figure out the truth hidden in the middle.

I think war, terror, security are pretty important, if not the most important issues facing this country right now. And you could add immigration to that as well.
