I am interested in buying a few weights (like dumbells or something) and do a little at-home weight training. Any suggestions for:
-sizes of weights?
-exercises?
Thanks!

Start of with very little weight and do about 12-15 reps for each area of your body. Do not overdo it and warm up by stretching. Most weight sets/home gyms come with a guide to show you how to work out certain areas of your body. Good Luck!
