I'm 22, she's 20...
I already bought her a bracelet and a necklace... shoud I add something else to it?

It depends on her age, taste and how long you both have been going out and how much you know her.
I guess, maybe clothe or something personal, like earrings or a wristwatch or something else she can wear.
And don't forget a nice card (Hallmark or Shoebox are great) with something written from you, at least two or three lines and your signature. Personally, the card is the most important of all items.

you dont have to depends on how much it was.
Im 19 and my boyfriend is 22... he bought me a ring for my birthday. but it was a lot of money. take her out to dinner.

If she is a good girlfriend who really likes you then it is the thought which counts. So go for something nice. Jewelry is always good. DON'T spend all you money. Get her flowers in her favorite color.
