First of all how long ago was the accident and have you seen any form of growth in that area? I'd recommend that you use vitamins. I've been using Zinc for a while now to help stimulate hair growth since I have thinning hair. But then again, I've never really gotten into an accident with a tree either.

Cosmetically you can do something about it. Don't know what you have tried, if anything, like the last comment, find a good brow pencil or even a brow powder that is one shade lighter than you natural hair color and fill them in. If you need help with the shape, try going to your nearest beauty supply store and find eyebrow stencils and use those to guide you until you can get the shape you want. Hope that helps :)

Get a good eye brow pencil I do not think hair will grow on scar tissue,do not worry about what people say your true friends might ask you about it then they won't say any more about it,thank God it is just a small scar, can you imagine burn or accident victims that have there whole face mutilated, you friends will mature out of worrying about your eyebrow.

I think what happened is you scarred your eyebrow deep enough that it damaged the layer where the hair follicle resides.

Its probably scarred, and will probably never grow back. Try using an eyebrow pencil or embrace it. say its a battle scar or something.
