Those who lose their tempers on the road are usually men and usually insecure. Typically they have short fuses. If a driver steals your lane or blast their horn or flash their lights, just let it go. The worst you can do is challenge them.

Women do it too. But it's mostly by men. To avoid anyone getting killed you should just let it go.

I had a HORRIBLE incident with road rage...I had a guy in front of me turn w/o a blinker...he did like a semi turn...you know how they turn right before they turn left....Well he did that. I thought he was turning right...so I passed him on the left...Then he decided to turn left and almost hit my passenger side door....I stop...he stops...I drive...He then FOLLOWS me around the block...towards my house. I am freaked out now...So I keep driving past my house...to the next street over. I panic. So I stop at the corner. I roll down my window (stupid move, I know now) He yells violently at me and screaming like a maniac....I am trying to call my husband....at home...Finally the guy gets back in his car...and goes to his house. I go home and start balling....My hubby gets pissed and calls the cops on the guy....Anyway....the main reason why I am telling this...is to agree with your statement. Next, people...especially girls ( I am petite and look very young and vulnerable even though I am 24)...need to know what to do in situations like these. I panicked and rolled down my window..because I couldn't figure out where else to turn...the guy was right on my bumper.....The guy could have seriously hurt me....he was a raging lunatic....I told my mom about it and she got pissed that I rolled down the window...she told me if he was willing to chase me down and yell at me, he could have been willing to do worse.

Once the majority men get behind the wheel they think that they are king of the road and the best driver out there. They are totally inconsiderate and irresponsible. They have somewhere to go in a hurry and this gives them the right to drive like idiots. Sooner or later these drivers are going to caught by the police and receive hefty fines and lose points on their licence, if they are lucky. If they are not lucky they will be in a serious automobile accident that they caused, possibly killing somebody.
All this for an extra couple of minutes.

Another SEXIST heard from!! Not to long ago I was not driving quick enough to suit the gal behind me, so just to help me along she started ramming the back of my mini van with me and 2 kids in it. She rammed ito me 5 times before a CHP going the other direction noticed and come back and pulled her over. I pulled over as well, when the officer approached her pickup, she tried to mace him! Needless to say that back fired...when it went to court it seems that she was late for an appointment with her manucurist and she thought the officer and myself were in the wrong, me for making her later and the officer for making her miss it!
Good advice to let it go!
I agree that the worst thing you can do is challenge them, male or female, road ragers are VERY DANGEROUS!

You have a misandrist motive behind your question. Men do not get road rage more than women. Women are just as bad with getting road rage. Nice try but your question is false and sexist to men.

As a woman, let me tell you that I am sure as hell not going to "let it go". Don't cut me off because I will honk at you. Don't go slow in my lane because I will swerve around you, cut you off, and blow the horn. Don't drive like an asshole and I won't have to either.
Sorry to blow a hole in your "men suck" theory but women are just as, if not MORE, responsible for road rage.
