They turn brown green,sometime they have little flicks of blue

Hazel Eye Variations
A hazel eye.Hazel is usually used to describe eyes that contain elements of both green eyes and brown eyes, in rare cases, also containing gray or blue, sometimes transitioning from green at the edges to brown around the pupil, and light brown. Hazel eyes often change color depending on what the person is wearing (i.e. if the person is wearing green or purple, the eyes appear mostly green). They are commonly found in middle European countries such as the middle of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, south and middle of Poland, south and middle of Germany, north of France, Switzerland, north of Italy,Turkey, Slovenia and others.

Hazel eyes, as well as any lighter eyes, usually darken with age. Hazel eyes are light brown or yellowish brown. They do change color according to the lighting and color of a shirt a person is wearing. Pigment in the stroma (the connective tissue of the front layer of the iris) gives the iris color. Iris color can lighten if the number of pigment granules in the stroma decreases or if the granules produce lighter pigment. See figure. The iris can also lose color if the stroma pigment degrades.
Eyes, unlike skin and hair, do not synthesize color pigment continuously. Instead, eyes retain the pigment granules and accumulate them in the iris stroma. So, if the pigment degrades, the eye color lightens.

Hazel is a mixture of Green, Brown, and Gold. My sis has Hazel eyes and everyone loves them They really are beautiful!

I have Hazel eyes and I have been told that I am a eugenic individual/person. So It means Differ ant and that is what we will be, Hazel eyes are very sexy,beautiful.

Eyes that appear more green or brown depending on what a person is wearing, for one thing.
As a hazel-eyed person, mine don't ever seem to have any hints of blue or gray, just are greenish, brownish.

It's an eye color, its greenish/brownish/topaz-ie with flecks of blue and grey. My oldest has beautiful Hazel eyes!

people tell me i have hazel eyes, they turn from blue to green to grey or a combination of those. adn a gold ring in the middle. it usually depends on what i wear.

hazel is mostly used for eye colours.its the colour of hazelnuts lol...
its a mixture between green,brown,khaki and sometimes grey or blue.
