I have 3 fish I give them food they all come up and eat,but one of my fish swims up and just catches bubbles instead of food. The fish keeps doing it until its fin touches the food, then it goes to where it felt it and eats. Also when you look carefully straight into it's eye the pupil looks blank instead of pure black like the other fish.

TO REALLY TELL IF YOUR FISH IS BLIND OR NOT WATCH IT AND SEE IF IT BUMPS INTO THINGS IN THE TANK AND OTHER FISH. SEE IF HE FREAKS OUT IN THE MORNING WHEN U TURN THE LIGHT ON. IF HE DOES THEN HE IS NOT TOTALLY BLIND.

It doesn't necessarily mean they are blind. Do a light test in the morning after you turn it off at night. If it moves quickly, then you know it can see.
