when you start your transition you will be put on estrogen at the very least and that will help... also may be put an an androgen blocker... I'm not sure if there is anything you can do that wouldn't require a prescription and or possibly risk injury... But the girls will know more on the details about what meds are most commonly prescribed and at the dosages.. or any other remedies and their safety... if there are any
good luck with your transition

PS. I'm not sure where you live or how you are gonna go about your transition... but if you're in a country that follows the harry Benjamin standard of care... I hope you have at least started your 12 month "trial" period.. might wanna get used to the idea of identifying as female.. unless its physically dangerous... everywhere.. even if it people do react in a rude way.. based on your other questions... it looks like you expectations of what hormone therapy can do for you are unrealistic... its not gonna happen over night... it takes at least a few years of consistent treatment before alot of the effects will become dominant

You can buy a estrogen cream at walmart that women use during menopause to help regulate hormone levels...its usually in the vitamin section with some other hormone supplements and such... You can also try getting your hands on birth control pills..they pack a bit of extra estrogen in them...enough that it can change weight/fat distribution and make your hair and nails different

About 200mgs of Spirotonalactone removes Testosterone for the average TS. You should consult a doctor.

She will lower it first by extra hormones and later the removal of the unwanted testicles. Sorry but I believe this is the best way.

Castration is the main way, and there are expensive anti-testosterone therapy pills that do the trick...but you do not want to get rid of all testosterone...women have their fair share of it. IF you get rid of all of it, your sex drive will be non-existent. Are you sure that is what you want? Good luck
