I think eggs are the perfect food. I love them boiled, scrambled, poached, fried, eggs benedict, mixed in with fried rice, I put a raw one in milk shakes, omelets, crepes, soft boiled, coudled, quiche. If it is egg, then I love it.

I can't imagine a breakfast without them. My current preference? Soft scrambled on wheat toast, with Heinz ketchup (and tabasco mixed in).
I also like them poached, over easy, over medium, basted, and scrambled. When I was a kid, I liked them over hard on white bread with ketchup.
