It's possible you may have changed the font size, you can adjust this by either clicking control and scrolling your mouse wheel, or by going up to 'View' in your explorer window and choosing 'Text Size'

Just click on "View" on the IE menu, highlight "Text Size" then select the size you want.
If you are having blurred text throughout your system it may be your screen resolution needs adjusting or if you have an old graphics card it may need replacing.
Probably just need to adjust your "View" on the Home Page though. You can do it as above or as the first answerer explained or use your round wheel to adjust as you read. Hold down the Ctrl button then slide your wheel up or down to adjust as needed at any website or in Windows Explorer.

The text size might have changed because of your browser. Go into the view menu and change the text size or the zoom.

Goto the menu in Internet Explorer
View->Text Size and choose the text size you want

if you have a scroll button on your mouse, and you hold control when you scroll down or up, it should adjust the size! have a great day!
