yes you still have rights in prison.. the person in prison would have to ask to speak to a solicitor who would give them advice and help and get it sorted out like any divorce though there are certain things that must be done by law so you wont get divorced and married all in a short space of time just depends on the circumstances etc also you have to apply to the governor of the prison to get married

that's an interesting one. I think you can get divorced while being in jail if the person out of jail files for the divorce. If you have a long sentence and you are ellegible for conyugal visits you can get married.

I guess you can. I know you can get married when one is in jail and the other is not.

Yes, lots of people do it all the time..... and if it is the inmate asking for the divorce..... it only costs a dollar or two..... not joking, and a marriage is the same way.

not sure but if your in jail and you get a divorece i think you have to wait to get out to get married...
