Is this something that has "always" happened or just recently?
Pain in the lower abdomen and testicles after ejaculation is pretty common, especially after unusually rapid arousal and orgasm; or after multiple ejaculations in a few hours. This usually resolves within a few minutes but if you have really severe pain or if it lasts for several hours, you should see a doctor. It could indicate a problem with the testicles, prostate, vas defrens or other structures.

I'd guess you're tensing those muscles beforehand, but don't notice the discomfort until after the fact.

you probubly have a std if its feels like it hurts in your lower abdoman like in your belly button when you stand up straight or it could be a hernia go ask a dr dont be scared to tell them they wont laugh at you and they cannot tell anyone else

straining your muscles in your abdomen will cause aches , but too be sure go see rhe man who knows he is a doctor of medicine.
