child support will run his social number,but if he working for cash all you can do is follow him and record him going to work.my ex said he didnt work and was ordered to pay only $12.50 per child a month.he was making around 500 dollars cash a week,an illegal immigrant in construction.

Most states now require that when you hire a new employee, you call in their SSN just for this purpose. However, if he is working for cash, he is under the radar. The only good part is now most states put them in jail after a short while of non payment.
If you suspect he is working and not paying, have him followed and report where to Child Support Services in your state, they will take care of the rest.

hire a lawyer and have themget a copy of his taxrecords for the years he owes child support from the years he owes c/s if you can find out who he works for or worked for if they helped him to hide his income you can get them both in major trouble with the st. and fed govt.
