I am a real estate and mortgage consultant,and i know you can opt-out giving your credit information in other words your mortgage broker can't get it however i am geting a mans that opted-out and he won'tto know the law on it.

You refer to public information found in the courthouse. You refer to personal credit information that someone doesn't want you to have. But, you don't tie the two together. You also do not ask a question. Do you know what you want to ask? If so, you need to try again, this one didn't get it done.

In some locations there is so much demands on the Courthouse employee's that they can't take care of there official duties so that if your requesting information they will furnish it for a fee. However there are some that you can go in and research the records on your own that is if your smart enough to find your way thru... Its just the way the world is now...
