Where can I locate the distributor of a product called New Neck by Bette K of Renton WA?

I recently purchased a product called New Neck at a local Bartell's store and really like it. They don't have any more and another store had none. Where can I buy it. Takes away fine lines and gives you a smooth neck line.

If the store no longer sells it and you can't find it anywhere then it has probably been discontinued. That happens to me all the time. Just as soon as I find something I like and it works, they take it off the market....sorry (You might want to try EBAY, they have everything.)
