That is a quote by Dom in The Fast and the Furious. What he meant by that was that he was only interested in racing his cars at the track and those tracks are a quarter-mile long. That is all that he cared about. Great flick and Vin Diesel is EYE CANDY!!!

It means he likes to live his life in a fast-paced manner. He seems to be rushing all the things in his life. It seems he's always in a hurry with things as if there's no tomorrow.

***What's "The Fast and the Furious' " theme anyway? It's all about speed. Therefore, the person whoever he is likes everything to be fast, thus, the term. GOT IT???!!!!
