How 2 permanently identify received e-mails in the outbox window of the Outlook Express?

Is it possible to automatically mark the e-mails I have sent once they get open by their addressees, in ordre to know whether they have been opened or not. I am not refering to receiving a confirmation e-mail o anything similar but to visually identify them such as with a flag etc.

Not that I have ever seen. Confirmation email is the only thing like that.
