I don't trust any system to prove something beyond a shadow of a doubt.
Also ,if someone was killed for one murder on such a system, then another person who did something far worse ,wasn't ,because of some small bit less evidence ,where would be the justice?
In the UK we don't send anyone down, unless they are found 'guilty ,beyond reasonable doubt', anyway .
If something's worth voting on ,debate is vital,or else all we have is prejudice....
