She tilts the scales at a hefty 350 and bleeds from her anus daily. And she still eats like she starving. I'm afraid if she continues to keep devouring food like this we will have to sell our first born on Mexico's black market to keep her in supply of nourishment. I tried telling her to slow down on cramming food down her pipe, but her only response is "I'M HUNGRY!".

ok you should be able to figure that one out. Btw anul bleeding may be a sign of cancer. She needs to go see a doctor, so he can check her out, and establish a proper diet.
