If your phone supports bluetooth, and you have bluetooth on your pc, then you could do it that way. You could also get a bluetooth adapter for your pc.
If your phone has IR and your pc has an IR adapter you could do it that way.
Or you could send the picture as an email to your own email and get the picture that way. Though there might be some additional fees this way.

yea...all you have to do is make it a picture messege and send it to your email address. like a text messege

if you have MMS, you can send it thru your e-mail. just enter you phone's mms address and send the picture to it.
