Would my temperature be affected if my husband and I had sex and he ejaculated in me, I just went to sleep right after without cleaning myself up?

I cant see why it would affect it. Unless you went to sleep and then woke up shortly afterwrds to take your temp. if you had a normal nights sleep, sex that night shouldnt make a difference.

Probably not.
I took my temp. for 6 years trying to conceive and finally did get pregnant after I gave up on the whole temperature thing.
Getting there is half the fun!

No make sure u always take ur temp in morning right when u get up.
