What is a good PCI Graphics Card that is cheap and works with windowes me os?

i have windowes me os on my pc and an intel cpu 950 cerron2 i have a hp pavilion 7840 i contaced hp and was told only PCI cards can be used.I don't have a lot to spend on a grafics card but want a good card for playing some older games and watching movies.

If price is a major consideration, I'd recommend going to ebay and searching for PCI Video Cards. A relatively good but inexpensive one can be found at the below link. Good luck.

Nividia G-force cards are decent
