I've had the same problem since I moved to Florida from Idaho....now I keep my arms shaved and use acne pads every once in a while and they've been clear for about two years. Sounds strange but it worked.

I read somwhere that this is a vitamin defincency. I can't remember which vitamin though. I do remember that they show up on the uper backs of the arms for this condition, if yours are in a different spot, disregard. Maybe see a doctor or research this further.

Exfoliate your arms with apricot scrub, it works great on the legs inbetween shaving and waxing for ingrown hairs. After exfoliating use an oil-free lotion or cream.

I don't know really, but I guess you could try a body-scrub, and try not using bodylotion directly after showering (when the pores are wide open). Also sun is good for your skin (too much is absolutley not good!!), and drinking water, and all that stuff I guess you know from before...

Tell them to 'move.' Bumbs are meant to sit on seats, not on your arms.

wear cotton shirts, air your arms out, scrub them...

i had them too for a while, but after i wore sleeveless tops for the summer, they went away. the bumps are from the friction between your skin and your sleeve.
