Which statement to you feel is more true and why?

"Humanity is what makes the world a better place."

Or...

"Humanity is the cancer of the world."

Both of them are common phrases, but which do you feel to be more true over the other. Or do you believe that both could be equally correct. Why do you feel this way.

I'm not a cyber man. Well at least I think I'm not not quite fully understanding what you mean by that.

Both are equally correct. Mankind has done a lot of good and done a lot of evil, and occasionally, at the same time.

At first glance, this question seems obvious, but it's a little bit more complex.
To continue using a medical analogy, can be both the cancer of the world and the treatment for the cancer, but we aren't the source of the cancer nor the cure for it.
My personal belief is that original sin as described by the Bible and Christianity is the source of the cancer; i.e. the original sin of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
From this same belief system, the cure for the cancer is Jesus, specifically his resurrection from the dead and the ensuing salvation of many humans.
Humans after the original sin are merely carriers of the cancer, but we do indeed spread it around the world with our evil behaviors, now most notably with terrorism.
However, we can be and often are what makes the world a better place as well, because we all have the capacity for goodness in us, and we all can spread that goodness to "treat" the "cancer."
To answer your question, both statements are partially true, and I believe this due to my Christian belief system, which comes to my mind for all philosophical questions like this.

"I sincerely believe that "humanity is what makes the world a better place." We are the only animal that evolved with higher learning centers in the brain in just a few hundred thousand years. All other animals, reptiles, insects, etc. have lived for many millions of years and have not evolved in any manner close to mankind. We are truely unique and we know it!
I believe describing us as the cancer of the world indicates that each of us is a malevolent being, literally infecting each other. I think that we, as individuals, have a tendency to destroy ourselves. We are tremendously self-destructive, but, I believe man is basically good and tries to make contributions to his fellow man at times during his life."

1st stt. I feel's more true, as if it's cancer of the world, then why isn't it spreading ? Whereas it's a fact that the humanity makes the world a better place.

The earth exist of it's own accord-with or without human intervention.
The world is humanity's creation. It is the abstract part of Earth that we made happen.
What are you really trying to ask?

"Humanity is the cancer of the world."

We're just dust on it and there is no way we can make the earth better than it initially was. The only answer left is that we're cancer.

I suspect you're a cyberman in disguise. It's okay, I won't tell anyone.

EDIT: Yeah, I thought about explaining it. The cybermen exist because their creator/s believed humanity was mankind's biggest enemy. They have emotional inhibitors that strip them of humanity to make them productive and successful - except they just go around killing everyone.
