It is rare but happens. You might have seen the movie (forgot the name of the movie) where Michael Douglas is an employee for the woman boss and they have a hot steamy sex on the office table....? remember? He then goes on to charge the woman for rape?
Guys always "want" it. So, it is not rape. They willingly accept it and then long for more. That's why you don't hear of guys charging girls with rape.
The only exception is when the girl is super ugly and forces a man to have sex. Even then, the guy will close his eyes and have one anyway and say to himself WTF.

Girls ARE charged with raping guys.
For example if a girls ties a guy up and shoves a dildo up his a$s its a rape, and the girl will be charged and will go to jail.

It happens. I'm guessing that the idea that a man is somehow always willing to have sex stops many men from reporting it. (A man can get an erection even though he's not aroused by the woman raping him.)
