Sweating is one of your body's automatic temperature control mechanisms and there isn't a great deal you can do to prevent it.

De-odorants do not stop you sweating, they do what the name implies and that is to prevent odors.

An anti-perspirant can help reduce sweating but doesn't altogether prevent it. They work by blocking the pores in the skin. Because your skin is covered with pores, blocking some of them will have a similar effect to blocking some holes in a sieve - the sweat will still escape, just that it will just find other pores to escape from.

Wearing a looser fitting shirt will help as the perspiration will dissipate into the air more readily. Keeping cool will reduce sweating so try to exert less effort, stay in the shade and find somewhere under a fan or in a breeze.

You could always wear a different color shirt, the trouble is that the darker colors, which are less likely to show damp patches, are also the colors that are most likely to cause you to sweat (the lighter the color the cooler they are to wear - one of the reasons so many Arabs and Africans wear white).

you are probably applying too much deoderant. You should just put on a thin layer and it will prevent wetness. I used to have that problem too, you should try different brands until you find one that will work right with your body chemistry. For me I found that Lady Speed Stick 24/7 works best and I would never use a different deoderant! Another tip is to sprinkle a little baby powder on your armpits after applying deoderant. This will leave you fresh smelling and the baby powder will soak up the wetness and leave your armpits velvety and smooth.

When you get out of the shower, cut a lemon in half and rub it under your arms, wipe off the pulp and then apply your deodorant. See if that works for you

maybe it's a genetic thing or something you should go to the doctor and she'll tell you waht your solution to that problem is...in the meantime you could use Arrid Deodorant i swear it works! maybe it's not the most popular but I wear it and I never sweat.
