(1) Put the disc into the computer. (2) If it's a CD and it doesn't come up automatically, go to My Computer, click the CD disk drive, right-click and hit Open, or else Run or whatever it says.
(3) When the contents of the CD are displayed onscreen, you can then open them and name and save them wherever you like.
(4) Once you go to eBay to the load pictures stage, you just click Add Picture, search for the folder where you saved your photos, and click the one you want to upload.
If you're dealing with a floppy disk, just click on the floppy drive instead of the CD drive in step 2 above.

The pictures are on a disc, so you need to access the disc. I'm assuming you're using Windows. On the desktop, double click on "My Computer" and then double click on the drive that your CD is in - this is usually the D drive, but it could be something else. It should have a picture of a CD.
Now you are looking at the contents of the CD. You can open the pictures from here, and you can save them to your computer by opening a folder on your computer and dragging the icons for the files, or by opening them (double clicking) and in the upper left corner of the image viewer, you should be able to click File>Save As and save it to the hard drive.
You don't have to put them on your computer first to put them on eBay. When it comes to the part on your eBay listing to upload a photo, click the "Browse..." button. In the drop down menu at the top, find your CD drive and click on it. The contents of the CD will be in the window now. Just double-click on the image you want to use and eBay will do the rest.
Hope this helps!

I suggest saving the pictures you want to use into a file in your documents or easy to find place on your computer. This way when you browse to find a picture it will be easy to upload them onto ebay. This way is the easiest way and is very quick to upload.
