Sometimes a woman will have a period even though she is pregnant. If your period is a different color than usual or a lighter flow then there is a possibility that you might be pregnant. False negatives happen all the time but a false positive is very rare. But as far as the feeling of being pregnant, most women do not begin morning sickness or fatigue or breast tenderness until after the first month or two. The best thing to do is to go to your doctor and let them do a blood test to check for hCG. This will be your most accurate test. But remember that hCG can not be detected until 6 to 10 days after fertilization of the egg.

If you did the test properly and the period was no different than it usually is, chances are that's it....

A lot of things can make you feel sick, bloated, etc. You may want to either see a doctor or at least take one more test if you think that will do anything (and if you want to spend the money).

What kind of period are you having? If you are spotting or if it is lighter than usual then maybe there is a chance you are pregnant. But more than likely if you are having a regular period you are not. I would go to the doctor if you are feeling sick maybe they can do some blood work to see if you are pregnant or figure out why you may be sick.

Monitor your period. If it is light you still may be pregnant. Chances are you aren't but you never know. Wait and retake the test in a week if you think you still might be.

If your period is a reg period normal color and length of blood then I am sorry but I would have to say you are probably not prego. If the period is more spotty or a brownish color then there could be a chance and then I would say to test in a week,Because that could be implantation bleeding. goodluck

Well, without knowing the specific symptoms behind "still
sick" and "feel pregnant", it would seem advisable to see
a doctor.
