I'm married and have ben married for 1 year. My husband and i want a baby. We have been having sex but no sign are there that i'm preg. What is the best move to do to get preg.?

When you have sex make sure that you are on your back with a pillow under your hips and then when you guys are done stay that way with your legs up for 20 minutes. That should help.Also sex right away in the morning also seems to work. goodluck

I dont think it matters all too much if you put pillows under anything or keep anything elevated. Sperm are good swimmers. What I did was have sex everyday, that way you cant go wrong with your ovulation. Usualy a female will ovulate about 2 weeks after her period, but not everyone... Try having sex every day if that still doesnt work see a obgyn and they can see if you and your husband are fertail enough, possably see about fertility medications...

Missionary is the best conceiving position. You need to chart your cycle and determine your ovulation. Have sex every 24-36 hours for 3 days before, and 3 days after ovulation.

Calculate your ovulation dates, there are many sites that can help you with this based on your last period. Once you know what dates would be best to conceive, then have sex as much as you want. Also when your husband has ejaculated, stay on your back with your legs up for half an hour. This helps speed the sperm along. Happy baby making.

Start eating healthy, take prenatal vitamins, keep track of your ovulation cycle. Have sex 2 weeks after the first day you start your period. Stop drinking caffeine (if you do). But whatever you do, don't stress so much on trying to get pregnant, just have fun, and it might happen.

Just have sex on the 14th day of your cycle. That would be 14 days from the 1rst day of your period. You don't have to do anything special other than that. Have sex for the next 3 days. Those are the optimum days to get pregnant.

Have sex in the missionary position every other day for a month, if you do not wish to bother with BBTing. Make him wear boxers, no briefs, and do not let him take baths or soak in hot tubs. (Shower instead.) Neither of you should smoke, and you should be taking a prenatal vitamin if you aren't already.

the only thing you can do is not think about getting pregant when haveing sex me an my husband had the same problem an like they told me it will not happen if you think about it or want very bad so we did not even think about it and when we got done i put a pollow under me an liad it very high so the sperm would not come out an went to sleep like that all night an i was pregant

I say relax & enjoy it. If your so worried if your doing this and that you'll tense up. It also starts to feel like a chore instead of something intamate and loving with your husband. When your relaxed I think thats when things happen when you least expect it. I have 3 babies. Didn't stress about planning them, it just happened.
