Kissinger cannot run for president since he was not born in the United States.

Henry Kissinger is not a natural born American citizen, so he is not eligible for the presidency. So of course he did not run.

No he did not as he was foreign born. American constitution prevents those born abroad of foreign parents to contest and become president.
