well first of all dont go on any diet pills or the adkins diet. it will just mess with your metabolism and your body's way of processing food and make it worse in the long run. Cut out sugars and alot of white flour....not all though. eat only chicken and fish as far as meat goes. Eat fruits and veggies each day and when you want to snack, reach for them instead of a quick cookie or sugary snack. basically the rule is: stay away from the middle isles at the grocery store. Cut your portion sizes down to about a fistfull of each at every meal and eat more often. its better to not go more than 3 hours without eating. so eat about 6 mini-meals daily! Youre also going to have to do cardio at LEAST 5 times a week for 45-60 minutes a day. Dont forget your water water water. 1/2 gallon a day! Lastly, dont rush it, youre body needs time and not everyone is meant to weigh 120 pounds! have fun with it and reward yourself for every 5 lbs lost, go have some lowfat frozen yogurt or snack you love. its ok to cheat every once in a while!...and the guy above me is absolutely right! listen to him

You need to lose weight gradually and healthily. Dont try starving yourself because that will only make you gain weight, so work out everyday for at least 30 min. DO alot of running and cardio exercises, and eat a well balanced diet. try not eating candy or chocolate or really greasy foods, and no soda. water and juices are perfect. however, fitness magazines say that you can have one day a week where you can splurge a little bit and still be okay, however, since you want to lose the weight fast, just eat good meals. and dont eat after 8 at night, your metabolism dies and you can gain weight that way too. good luck.

Work out!!!! Eat protein because protein builds muscle and burns fat. By the way there aint no way your losin 40 pounds in 5 weeks. People often think the best way to lose weight is just to eat nothing, thats not true at all. Your body will react well to food if you excersise. Like meat you think is bad right, No thats not the case at all if you excersise and eat high protein foods (like meat and other stuff you think may be fattening) your body takes that and builds muscle all while burning off that fat. But to lose 40 pounds in 5 weeks you'd have to starve yourself and thats just not healthy and potentially deadly.

an exact, actual guy or woman who is going from dwelling house to dwelling house, dispensing presents on Christmas Eve isn't genuine. i'm sorry, yet you will locate this out for your self the 1st twelve months you spend away out of your loved ones and haven't any presents waiting for you on December twenty 5th. inspite of the undeniable fact that, the character is as genuine as any you spot in a historic previous text textile. The legend of "Santa Claus" originated in a German human beings tale some guy, Saint "Niklaus," (later shortened by applying maximum to "Claus") who traveled around in the process the Christmas season leaving small surprises for infants.

Don't be freaked out about it, loosing weight and changig life-style takes time and lots of will power (wich I don't have...). I personally think that anyone who walks with their head held high and back straight look beautifull no matter how much they weight. I know its a clishè, but its the truth. I hope you have a nice time starting school.

It may not help you, but the 'cutting out of soda' answer is a good one.
I once watched a pregnant women weigh herself in a clinic. She took off her coat and shoes and then stood on the scales - while holding said coat and shoes in her hands.
To me, that is analogous with 'large' people (on diets!) who drink 'a large DIET soda.'
Clearly, this is mindless (or 'stupid'), and although you may like the tastes of such things, they really are not doing you any good what-so-ever (in fact they are doing you HARM). But then, so what eh...! Who cares eh.... other than the undertaker.
'Large people are Great for ones Business.'
Best of luck.
