Uphill - towards the roadside, the end of your car will go to the same side your wheel is turned to, so off the road and not into traffic.

Downhill - towards the road side, obviously. You don't want it ending up in traffic.

If your pointing uphill point the wheels toward the middle of the road (outward). This would allow the tire to hit the curb and prevent the car from rolling down the hill.

If your pointing downhill turn the wheels into the curb.

I always remember up up and away. If your up on a hill turn the wheels away from the curb or into the street. if your town hill turn them the opposite way.

LOL are you at DMV taking your test right now? In alaska they banned cell phones in the testing area. . you get caught with one you automatically fail

remember up up and away. thats for up hill. and for down hill. trun the wheels toword the crub. and for no crub down hill just trun them away from the street
