I haven't read any confirmed reports as to why they are getting a divorce. This is all that I have read:

it was august 8 that former blink-182 drummer travis barker has filed for divorce from his wife, former miss usa shanna moakler because shanna cheated on travis wit a guys named oscar de la hoya. shanna cheated travis wit their 1st child, atiana. their two child, landon and alabama, they are travis's child, but travis is not the father of atiana. atiana is the father of oscar de la hoya.
