I already have a monitor, a 120 Gb hard disk, keyboard etc... so what i am essentially looking for is a motherboard, RAM and Processor, on a budget of around 15,000/-, give or take a few thousand.

try the latest amd athlon motherboard and processor. have an agp preferably nvidia having a 256mb video memory. also have 512mb DDR ram. this, my friend, will give u the best gaming experience. also buy creative 4.1/5.1 surround speakers with card and enjoy gaming with a true to life effect

I hope you do have some knowledge of hardware. If yes, then just catch the first bus or train tomorrow and go to Lamington Road, Grant-Road. The only requisite is that you should know your hardware details and you must posses a good bargaining power.
