I started a guppy tank awhile back and these black snails just appeared in there. Since then they have bred like crazy and we have over 2 dozen. Well, I just noticed a white thing and thought it was a fish that died but upon closer view, its a white snail! Since I only have black mystery snails, where did this white one come from and is this something that happens often? Should I keep it seperate?

i got an ivory mystery snail from petsmart, so i know that white snails are entirely possible. generating a white snail from an all black bunch though sounds a little peculiar. i don't see any reason why you should have to separate it though. being a different color won't likely make it less healthy.

it is a lengthy shot yet, take the eggs and positioned them contained in the cup, be particular they dont go away the water, someway get aeration into the cups and they might want to hatch, perhaps in case you may get a 10 gallon set up, or perhaps an ice cream bucket (a huge plastic one) it doesnt favor gravel or some thing only a sponge filter out(more than a number of vids the thanks to make those on youtube), fill it with water from the significant tank then launch the fry(if any hatched) I even do not comprehend if this may artwork haha yet worth a shot proper?

never seen one, but it sounds like it should be seperated and forced to go to different schools.
