For the last few days we are having trouble bringing it up. Sometimes we finally get it to come up after several hours of playing with it. Can someone help us?

We have Media, But also have a lot of music listed in Musicmatch that we want to keep. We can't even bring it up to copy everything into Media.

Level 4, it is not a trial copy. We have tried everything you just said except uninstalling and reintalling. We don't want to lose any music unless we have to. We also have been havng a lot of broken kinks when we are able to pull it up.

Did you have a trial copy? If so, your trial period may have expired.
If not, a number of things could be wrong.
First: Have you installed or changed the settings of any anti-virus or firewall on your machine? If so, it may be blocking MusicMatch's access to the Internet. You will have to follow your anti-virus or firewall's instructions on how to permit programs access.
Next, have you installed any heavy-RAM-usage programs recently? Your system could be overwhelmed with RAM requests and is causing certain other RAM-heavy programs, like MusicMatch, to quit unexpectedly. If this is the case, go to Start, Run, type in msconfig, click the Startup tab of the box that appears, and then uncheck any programs that you don't want to have running in the background eating up your system's resources unnecessarily.
Yet another problem could be that MusicMatch's files on your computer are corrupted. If this is the case, you will have to uninstall then reinstall it.
You can also try going into MusicMatch, clicking Options, then Update Software. It's possible that something on your computer is causing the software to misbehave, and any potential updates might have code to fix these known problems.
Let me know how it goes. If none of this works, there are other things you could look at.
Also, if you want to convert the MusicMatch files to files that will play in other media programs, right-click on the icons and select the program you want to open the file with. When it asks if you always want to open MusicMatch files with this other program, click Yes. This will convert all of your files so they are playable in other media programs.

tell me first what version you are using...
if it is the latest version and you are having problem with, try to use the v7 or v8 of it...
or try reinstalling it... before doing so, make a copy first of your media and save it to another folder or directory. sometimes and somehow, when you download any software, some of it are making a cause not to run properly other programs. i merely suggest that you re-install it or ask me for a request and i will give you v8 Music Jukebox if you like... don't wory, it is a virus-free of mine...
