It's against the rules. i have every right to report people like this. They may not mean any harm but how do i know? I have been acused of being mean and nasty for reporting people, but it is not my intention to be mean. People just need to be more careful about following the rules.

I'd prefer to talk to a 20/F/Anchorage because I think I would have more in common with them. I think it might be boring to talk to a 8/M/Texas. It's not mean to be an offensive thing or a required thing. You don't have to answer. Stop reporting people that ask it, it's like asking someone's background, just in a simpler form - a/l/s.

In the first place, you just asked the question you deem to be against the rules. In the second place, if it bothers you, why don't you just ignore it rather than being tempted to the policeman.
