heres the deal i cant get a answer on how much should be taken out of check i make12 dollars a hour and i make 40 hours i pay 87 dollars in taxs every week is that right?

It depends if you are liberal or conservative. A conservative would say you shouldn't have to pay much on your income (since you don't make a whole lot). A liberal would wonder why you need to take anything home at all, since Big Government is better able to take care of all your needs than you could possibly be. Sick, isn't it!

FICA/Federal/State taxes should take about 16% of your check, depending on deductions etc. Whay you show is a about right...but like I said depends on your deductions.

Depends on the state you live in and the amount of dependants you claim.
About 35% state and federal together is normal.
