i think hindi bcoz all motion include in it culture,action,romance,suspence,horor, history, all thing .....there is lot of movie in hindi language

Japanese movies from Akira Kurosawa was great. For example Rashomon or 7 Samurai or Ran. That are old movies but have everlasting value.
American film The Magnificent Seven is based on 7 Samurai.

If you want to see a typical Hindi movie watch 'Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gum.' Its about a younger son who tries to heal the rift between his father and his elder brother.Lots of songs & dances and emotional moments.
If you'd like to see something different try 'Monsoon Wedding' or 'Jhankar Beats.' These two are in English.The former is set around an Indian wedding and the latter is about a bunch of guys trying to win a musical competition.

there are alot of good hindi movies. my favorite is Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. its still my favorite even though its kinda old. but i love kajol! =)
