Weevils wobble, but they won't fall down. (Sorry I couldn't resist).
On a more serious note: If they are in your pet's food, chances are that they will somehow find a way into your house. Perhaps an exterminator may be able to help you along. If you do go this route (with the exterminator), please make sure to pick up your pet's food (bowls) and any water bowls as well. You don't want you pet to be accidentally poisoned.
Have a lovely rest of the day.

You're probably safe at this point. Make sure you throw out all the tainted dog food and cleanse the area very well. Maybe ask someone who knows more than me what is recommended to kill weevils but won't harm your pet if it's sprayed in the area. And... before you eat anything.... just pay attention!

If you have red-eared sliders, which is the most common type of baby turtle purchased or another type of aquatic turtle, they might be able to live on turtle food, but it is hard to tell whether they are getting everything that they need, and it is most certainly not natural for them to eat only one thing. I like to give mine a variety of things. I give them turtle food as a staple once a day(a few small pellets each), but I also give them things like crickets, worms, freeze dried blood worms(only a few), a little bit of duck weed and SAV or other very small strips of vegetables(I stress that no baby turtle should be fed much plant material; I just give mine occasional bits to make sure that they are getting some anti-oxidants), and dead bait fish, which are high in calcium and vitamin-D. They cannot catch live fish as babies, generally, but mine catch them every once in a while, and I like to have a few in the tank to eat scraps of food; I also keep a few small aquatic snails in the tank to reduce algae and provide another occasional snack for the turtles. I have also raised box-turtles, but I find it unlikely that you are raising them. If you are, update your question, and I will update my answer. Also, do not rely on the people at the pet store as a reliable source of information; look up the other requirements of your turtles, i.e. gallon requirements per turtle(if they are only babies, a 20 gallon tank filled up a few inches with a basking spot should be okay, but you will need to upgrade), filtration(you need filtration rated for several times the amount of gallons than you have), and lighting(you will need UVA and UVB lighting as well as an infrared light for the basking spot).

I am not sure how far they can travel, but to prevent the problem in future, put the food in the freezer for a day to kill any eggs that may be in it. Also, put bay leaves in with your dry goods (flour, etc.) to repel them.
