Momentum = Mass * Velocity
P = m * v

The only two ways to increase your momentum would be to either increase your mass or increase your velocity.
Of the options listed, 3 of them involve decreasing your velocity, so we know that is not it....the only choice left is running faster (increasing your velocity) which is the correct answer.
