You need the software for downloading your photos, and you are also going to need a USB cable that attaches your camera to your computer.
Did these things come with your camera? If so, all you need to do is install the software or else find where you previously installed it on your computer. It will have a users guide or somesuch to guide you through the process of downloading.
If you don't have the software or users guide, you can get it online. I would have to know your camera maker and model to point you to where you can download the software.
If you do have the software, all you need to do is save your photo, then--if you're talking about putting the photo on your Yahoo Answers profile--you need to put your picture on your Yahoo 360 page. After this is done, go back to Yahoo Answers and click on your current avatar, click on Edit My Info, then click Use My Yahoo! 360 Picture.
If you are talking about some other profile to which you want to post your photo, you need to provide more information so I can give you instructions for that.
I'll check back on this question to see if you've added details.

install the program from your digital camera. When you buy this camera, I believe that you have a CD came with, try to install that program into your hard drive and then it lets you download the picture to the profiles.

You will need the cord that hooks from your camera to the USB port on the computer. Once that happens, the computer should recognize that new hardware is attached and an instruction box should follow.
