When you're twenty-one, you're at the legal drinking age. Take your friend to a nightclub or bar and treat your friend and others to a round of drinks. If any are under 21, do sodas instead. Have fun!

If you have no grand plans then just stick to the tried and tested pub crawl. Start at midday or late afternoon and go to pubs, clubs, strip bars, whatever takes your fancy. Paint the town red. Go nuts.

1 thing i regret not doing at my 21st is to go VEgas!!!!!!

Erm may help if you said what city so could recomend somewhere...
Stip bar ie male stip joint... see to it that she is volunteered on stage for the stippers to play with...
Skydiving, jetskiing, wing walking, etc
